?第一点，我们就可以讲到-makingenemies的不好。因为-makingenemies就是意味着你有很多的竞争，比如说赢了还好，输了肯定就会有很多的负面的一些情绪，比如说可能会陷入自我怀疑。你陷入自我怀疑之后可能干什么事情都没有动力了，以后就更难成。

?第二点，我可以讲什么？我们可以讲到如果你有enemies，这个时候你就会可能-focus on他们，而不是你自己。在这种情况下可能做一些不好的事情去竞争。

from my perspective，i disagree that we have to make enemies in order to be successful in life。Because first of all making enemies means that we'll have a lot of competitions。so if we lose，we may have some negative emotions like envy or even self doubt。so we'll get the motivate to do things。

we need to do as result it'll be even harder for us to be successful in life。and secondly if we have some enemies，we probably focus on them instead of improving ourselves。or even some people may do something illegal in order to win。so it better for us not to make enemies。
