伦敦大学皇家霍洛威学院(Royal Holloway, University of London)，简称皇家霍洛威(RHUL)，是坐落于于英国首都伦敦郊区的世界一流大学。RHUL始建于1886年，维多利亚女王亲自授予其皇家特许状并主持了开校典礼。

皇家霍洛威学院于1900年加入伦敦大学，成为独立组成学院之一，并且作为伦敦大学选定专门进行科学教学与研究的五所院校之一。1986年伊丽莎白二世女王又于该校100周年校庆之际主持了其与贝德福德学院(1849年成立)的合并典礼。皇家霍洛威是英国顶尖学府，是著名1994大学集团的成员，全球1%的精英大学，世界150强名校。
